Symbol Mark

The mark embodies the sight of a student studying and the pursuit of truth by using the yin-yang symbol symbolizing both Korea and Gyeongsangnam province and the Korean initials: “ㄱ” and “ㄴ” of the Gyeongsangnam province. It represents the Gyeongsangnamdo Office of Education’s commitment to lead the education of the future for the national growth of Korea.

Meaning of Brand Slogan

• ’아이좋아 경남교육’ contains the meaning: the education which is loved by ‘children’ with student-centered education, a Happy ‘I’ is created with field-centered education, and a joyful exclamation, ‘I Like!’ echoes throughout the support-centered education in Gyeongnam province.
• We have depicted Gyeongnam education focusing on children with the combination of a Korean character with a happy smile of a child and an image of a thumbs-up. The orange color means the energy of children, green is the hope of Gyeongnam education, sky blue refers to the future of education, and blue symbolizes the confidence and reliability of Gyeongnam education.
