D–10 Visa

• The job search visa
• This visa provides applicants w/ 6 months within Korea. You may spend a maximum of 90 days outside of Korea on a D–10 visa.
• You cannot obtain a D–10 visa while on a contract. You must have a valid ARC.

  Guidelines:

  • Go to the immigration office that has jurisdiction in your area.
  • Bring: Passport, 2 passport photos, Valid ARC card, and Application form.
  • Intention for seeking employment form (Immigration office)
  • Previous contract
  • Application fee
  • Letter of Release (LOR)
