D10 Visa
- The job search visa
- This visa provides applicants w/ 6 months within Korea. You may spend a maximum of 90 days outside of Korea on a D–10 visa.
- You cannot obtain a D–10 visa while on a contract. You must have a valid ARC.
Guidelines
- Go to the immigration office that has jurisdiction in your area.
- Bring: Passport, 2 passport photos, Valid ARC card, and Application form.
- Intention for seeking employment form (Immigration office)
- Previous contract
- Application fee
- Letter of Release (LOR)
You may need to provide proof of residency as well.
