Renewing Teachers

• GOE handles all renewal contracts. Renewal evaluations are handled by your perspective schools.
  • Basic Renewal Procedure
    • Open class, graded by superiors (i.e. principal, vice principal…). You must pass a certain percentage to qualify for renewal.
• Benefits
  • + Renewal Bonus of 2 million won:
  • ₩1,300,000 paid at the start of the renewed contract.
  • ₩700,000 paid upon completion of renewed contract.
